Markus Selg, Yves Scherer: Cupid & Psyche

SVIT Prague is pleased to present a Duo-Exhibition of Markus Selg and Yves Scherer. Taking on the famous greek myth of Cupid and Psyche, the artists present a large-scale installation that takes the visitor in a psychedelic fantasy world, an animated stage with moving elements, butterfly’s and the spring sound of birds. At the same time they re-visit the traditional narrative to tell a story of love, longing and desire while undoing both gender roles and the distinct identity of its figures.
