Hesham Malik – Iridescent

The spaces at Mariánské Týnice will come to life with a unique site-specific project that the artist created specifically for this pilgrimage site. The exhibition presents a visual meditation on both the external and internal journeys of human beings. Here, the artworks serve as a means of telling the stories of pilgrims from all corners of the world and connecting them to the spiritual legacy of our region.

Hesham Malik (*1978) is an internationally recognized artist who was born in Bahrain, grew up in India, and has lived in Canada, the United Arab Emirates, and Africa. He currently works in the Czech Republic.
