We invite children and parents to playfully explore the themes presented in the exhibition The 2026 Jindřich Chalupecký Awards together with philosopher and educator Jiří Bartoník.

Each of us imagines something slightly different when we hear a particular word. And it’s similar with art—everyone discovers something unique in it. That’s precisely why it makes sense to reflect on it together. Through games, creative activities, movement, and shared dialogue, we’ll explore the themes conveyed by works of art, seek out different perspectives, and discover that for many questions, there isn’t just one right answer.

This is not a philosophy class or an art lecture, but a space for curiosity, sharing, and collective exploration. Just come with an open mind; we’ll discover everything else together.

Jiří Bartoník is a philosopher, educator, and co-founder of the Pink Box platform. He has long been fostering critical thinking, dialogue, and collaboration through philosophy. He works with children, adults, and teachers in schools. He leads group courses and workshops and also provides philosophical consultations and coaching.
