AVU Veletržní is a new space run by the Academy of Fine Arts in Prague, located at 61 Veletržní in Prague 7. It is housed in the original buildings of the Letná Cinema and the local Sokolovna, which in recent years has been used as a music club. AVU Veletržní is a post-media focused space for AVU tuition (digital classrooms, workshops and lecture theatre), the headquarters of the AVU LARGE Department (AVU Laboratory of Art, Research and Graduate Education) and the Department of Doctoral Research. Since 2024, the AVU Gallery (GAVU) has been organising in the premises of AVU Veletržní projection programme presenting the art of the moving image under the name GAVU Cinema.
