Blansko City Gallery presents contemporary art in two exhibition spaces. It focuses on solo and group exhibitions across genres and media. The Gallery Workroom is dedicated to more experimental works, regardless of experience or age. It also operates the Salon, a room long rented for cosmetic purposes. Today it serves as an art shop, reading room, a place to sit, have refreshments, screenings, lectures, and to present small local projects. In addition to exhibitions, GMB offers a rich accompanying program in the form of guided tours, art education studios for children, workshops and lectures Art in Context for the Adult and ARTcure – a series of creative care for the body and soul of visitors. The SITUace project, focusing on art in the public space of the city, completes the offer.
