Gallery 35 focuses on contemporary art. Its aim is to establish dialogue and promote exchange between the French and Czech art scenes. Currently, it focuses mainly on photography, video art and digital technologies.

It also presents, through pedagogical, scientific and institutional exhibitions, the various thematic cycles of the French Institute in Prague.
