Josef Jambor Gallery is a regional gallery that presents contemporary art and the work of painter Josef Jambor. The GJJ does not have a permanent display of the collection. Artworks from the collection are presented as part of its own exhibition programme or through exhibitions by other galleries to which it lends its collection. The gallery is located in the house where the academic painter Josef Jambor (1887-1964) lived and worked between 1931 and 1964. In 2017, Jambor's house was renovated into a modern exhibition space.

The gallery emphasizes the presentation of artists of the young and middle generation dealing with the phenomenon of landscape, reality and its transformations. At the same time, it pursues and responds to the needs of developing the local community. In addition to regular exhibitions, we hold a number of accompanying programmes for all ages, we cooperate with other cultural institutions and associations in Tišnov and our educational programmes for schools are successful. GJJ also carries out installations of sculptures and artistic interventions in the public space of the city.
