Catrin Manoli is an Austrian multimedia artist with Egyptian roots. In addition to visual art, she is an experimental music and performance artist. Combining traditional media with taxidermy and working with carcasses and preparations, all under the umbrella of action performance. The artist is currently based in Graz, her home environment is Linz. Themes such as feminism, mortality and the cult of death, rawness and existentialism are the pillars of much of her work. She will not only create a comprehensive exhibition project at the Galerie Sibiř, but also a performance event and a musical production. 

The artist has studied at the University of the Arts in Linz, is currently on an internship in Leipzig at the Hochschule für Grafik und Buchkunst, and has presented her work in Beijing and New York in addition to exhibitions in her native Austria.
