The installation explores the tension between societal pressure to reduce people to clear-cut stereotypes and the natural need for an authentic, ever-changing identity. The artist rejects this reductive system and presents identity as a fluid whole—comparing it to water and exploring it through the concept of “blue humans.”

Visually, it builds on the project Am I Catfish?, using a fish motif drawn from the world of online dating, where the term “catfish” refers to a fake profile.
