kARsT: Imrich Veber – Secrets of the Rocks

A tour of the cave beneath Býčí skála, combined with a fun creative activity outside the cave for children ages 4 to 13. Together, we’ll explore the beauty of rocks and caves. Children will try their hand at making casts of details from the rock face. The workshop is led by Imrich Veber, artist-in-residence at the Blansko City Gallery.

Imrich Veber focuses his artistic practice on reflecting the landscape through its physical and sensory experience. He studied photography and art history. He currently works as an assistant professor in the Photography Studio and also heads the Department of Intermedia at the Faculty of Arts, University of Ostrava. 

What to bring: clothing suitable for a cave (sturdy shoes, a sweatshirt, long pants), a flashlight. More information here.
