We invite you to a guided tour of the biennial exhibition Matter of Art Biennial 2026 with curator František Fekete.

During the tour, we will explore together how art and imagination help us transcend the boundaries of the present and open up space for new ways of thinking about the nature of our coexistence and the organization of the world.

Through the works on display, we’ll delve into stories and themes that touch on everyday life, interpersonal relationships, fundamental human rights, and the experiences of people and communities whose voices and needs are often overlooked or marginalized.

The guided tour will be followed at 8:30 p.m. by a screening of the film Orlando, My Political Autobiography (2023, directed by Paul B. Preciado).

This essay-style documentary, inspired by Virginia Woolf’s famous work, is a manifesto on the freedom of identity that, through the testimonies and stories of trans and non-binary people, tells of the struggle for the right to be oneself despite social norms.
