What lies behind the doors of Olomouc’s art studios, workshops, and creative studios? On Sunday, November 1, the seventh annual Open Studios Olomouc will open its doors to the public. Visitors will not only be able to take a look inside 17 locations in Olomouc and the surrounding area, but also meet the artists directly and get a behind-the-scenes look at the creation of ceramics, glass, photography, architecture, fashion, bookbinding, and contemporary art.

Open Studios invites the public to places they don’t normally get to see. To workbenches, materials, tools, and works in progress. Instead of finished products in stores or works in exhibition halls, they showcase the creative process itself and the individuals behind it.
