Independent gallery space Petrohrad was founded on the initiative of the students of the studio Multimedia of I.A.D. - West Bohemia university in Pilsen with the effort to build a point of reference for contemporary art. The aim was create communication platform for contemporary visual arts in this region. Especially for the young generation around art college in Pilsen. The curatorial team consisted of Tomáš Moravec and Matěj Al Ali.

Petrohrad Gallery functioned from 1. 10. 2007 to 31. 12., 2008.
