Signal Talks is a new format for meetings with artists, designers, performers, makers, technologists, and other figures at the intersection of art and technology. Rather than focusing on the finished work, it puts the process of its creation in the spotlight—the ideas, experiments, tools, and technological challenges that usually remain hidden.

The first guest will be Lukáš Dřevjaný —also known as oxoo—a visual artist and lighting designer based in Prague. In his work, he combines live audiovisual performances, theater, and his own lighting installations. He works with technologies ranging from digital LED strips and LED matrices to motion tracking, photogrammetry, and lasers.

During the evening, he will take you through the process of creating a large-scale immersive audiovisual show. How is an originally digital concept translated into a physical space? What role do light, technology, and the audience itself play? And what technical challenges must be overcome to ensure the final experience truly works? The approximately thirty-minute presentation will be followed by an open discussion and a Q&A session.

Limited capacity; register here.
