Australian artist Stuart Ringholt gained international acclaim for his intense performance pieces including Anger Workshops and naked naturist museum tours, and has exhibited at dOCUMENTA, the Singapore and Sydney Biennales, among many others. He will be in dialogue with Tim Gilman-Ševčík, who has collaborated with him for over twenty years in Europe, the US and Japan. While in Czech Republic this summer he will be conducting an Anger Workshop, displaying recent paintings at Fenster gallery, and installing a public sculpture at Schule in the Orlicke hory.

Anger Workshops are active meditations designed to promote physical and mental health including the promotion of stress reduction. Anger Workshops seek to challenge the prevailing belief anger is a negative emotion and seek to equip people with alternative tools for dealing with stress in their daily lives. The workshops will include a presentation by the artist as well as a roundtable discussion.
