Now in its 9th year, the Pragovka Summer Cinema, this time with the overarching theme of Mutual Benefits. This year, we’ll be screening films in the MaxSpace hall at the Permanent Beer Fest every Tuesday after dark. Until the screening begins, you can visit the Pragovka Gallery during its extended hours.

The film Never Look Away tells a gripping drama about the liberating power of art and human creativity. The story of its protagonists is inspired by real events and people and spans three eras of German history, during which the painter Kurt Bartnert spent his childhood in Nazi Germany, came of age in communist East Germany, and completed his artistic development in West Germany.
