We invite you to the opening of the exhibition Ukraine. Architecture of Emergency or What is the role of architecture in times of conflict and crisis?, which was created in 2023 at the ALICE studio (EPFL in Lausanne). It was created by Ukrainian architect Elena Orap and Spanish architect and urban planner Estefania Mompean Botias. 

The main aim of the exhibition is to present architecture as a tool for survival, resistance and reconstruction in conditions of war and crisis. Using concrete examples from Ukraine, it shows new approaches to temporary and long-term housing, sustainability and working with disrupted environments. The project is also a powerful educational stimulus for a young generation of architects and planners.
