1939–2021: Konec černobílé doby
26. 05. 2023 - 30. 06. 2030
Národní galerie Praha, Veletržní palác / Praha 7
The exhibition presents a selection of analogue photographs taken between 2019 and 2025, drawn from a series that culminated in the publication Whatever It Takes. The opening reception will also feature the official book launch. By concluding this photographic series and simultaneously releasing the book, the author symbolically closes a chapter of his life, while offering a raw glimpse into it through his imagery. The resulting exhibition reveals a confluence of the initial impulses and core themes of the body of work. Through unposed, documentary scenes, it touches upon motifs of feeling lost, searching, and finding, experienced by the author on the fringes of cities and in the dead of night.
