Recycling still remains one of the current topics in art. It has developed mainly since the sixties, but with the change in the means of expression and with the emergence of new media its expressive possibilities are changing. It doesn't really matter if artists recycle real or virtual elements, if they take them from landfills, junkyard, poster spaces or from film, video or the internet. Forms of recycling are so various that this exhibition brings a colourful image of our lives as well as of contemporary art.
