Tomas Honz, he studied painting at the Academy of fine arts in Prague. He also completed a six-month internship at the Taipei University of the Arts in Taiwan and on The Art Department in the United States.
Today it is known for the ability to combine traditional painting from the late 19th century with contemporary themes and modern technologies.
His paintings can be described as sensitively and hand painted the landscape with the quiet, mysterious and often tense atmosphere. Exhibition at the Galerie pod Palmovkou presents mostly the author's latest creation of plein air.
