Bludný kámen is an association and collective that has been active in the cultural environment of Opava and Ostrava since 1995 as an organizer of cultural events, exhibitions, lectures, public discussions, presentations of young Opava personalities, happenings and experimental music concerts.

Bludný kámen prepares a regular exhibition programme for the Cella Gallery and Hovorny, presents experimental music in the concert series Movements-Sounds-Spaces at the Matiční dom and the Ostrava Art Gallery, presents young Opava personalities in the series (Self)Projections and annually prepares international collective exhibitions (Na houby/for John Cage, Before, Now, After, Sounding, Resonating, Vibrating...) and experimental music festivals (Movement Sound Space, Hear Me!, Minimarathon of electronic music). The main interest of Bludný kámen is to map and present contemporary artistic developments in forms that are often marginalised by mainstream media and official institutions, thus offering an important alternative in cultural environments outside the main centres.
