Nisa Factory is being established thanks to the initiative of several individuals who recognize that the Jablonec region lacks an adequate gallery space for presenting contemporary art, science, and technology. A dignified venue where the public could actively participate in dialogue with artists, experts, and prominent figures across a wide range of disciplines through lectures and debates. 

Nisa Factory is managed by a civic association of the same name. The general partner of Nisa Factory is G&B Beads, s.r.o. The renovation of the exhibition and social spaces was carried out with support from the Ministry of Regional Development.
