PŘEDNÁŠKA_V Polsku je v současnosti kolem jednoho milionu zahrádkářských chat. To znamená, že asi čtyři miliony obyvatel jsou součástí tohoto způsobu zahradničení, jenž vytváří odloučené komunity s vlastními zvyky a architekturou. Přednáška představí výzkum architektonických forem zahradních přístřešků a odhalí antropologické a územní aspekty zahrádkářských kolonií.

WOJCIECH MAZAN_architekt v současné době působící v Londýně, kde je postgraduálním studentem filozofie v oboru Architecture and Urban Design (Projective Cities) na AA School of Architecture. Před založením studia PROLOG pracoval v ateliérech ve Španělsku, Polsku, Nizozemí, Mexiku a Rakousku.

LECTURE_According to the statistics there are currently around one million allotments in Poland. It means that four million Poles are involved in this type of gardening creating rather secluded communities with their own habits, customs and architecture. The lecture is going to present an architectural inquiry into the form of allotment sheds, which unveils anthropological and territorial aspects of allotment gardens.

WOJCIECH MAZAN_an architect, currently based in London, where he continues studying within the MPhil in Architecture and Urban Design (Projective Cities) programme at the Architectural Association School of Architecture. Before setting up PROLOG with friends he worked for architectural offices in Spain, Poland, the Netherlands, Mexico and Austria.
