Film portraits of two remarkable creators of art brut and naive art.
Film-maker and lover of naive art Antonín Jiráček introduces us to the life and work of Zbyněk Semerák (1951-2003), creator of highly-detailed tempera paintings and drawings, and to Václav Beránek (1915-1982), whose idyllic scenes are influenced by an undercurrent of erotic dreams. The screening will be preceded by a guided viewing of Pavel Konečný's Outsider Art collection, and of the concurrent MuMo exhibition of works by Karel Havlíček.
