Earday #9: Sound Field is an all-day program dedicated to sound art, listening, and experimental music. Held at the Benedikt Rejt Gallery in Louny, the event will combine a sound walk through the city, lectures, guided listening sessions, and live performances that explore the relationship between sound, space, and material.

The program ties in with the current exhibitions by Martin Janíček and František Kyncl. In addition to a guided listening session of authentic recordings by František Kyncl, the program will feature a lecture by Vladimír Drápal on Milan Knížák and the Guerilla Records label, a sound walk with Elia Moretti, and a series of performances within the gallery’s exhibitions. The day will conclude with a group performance titled Resonance, which explores the sound of objects and the gallery’s acoustics.
