We are announcing Open Call for Open Screens 2026!

Do you work in the field of audiovisual, moving image or digital art? This year's edition of Open Studios Brno, which will take place from 4–7 June, is aimed at you!

In collaboration with Shortcut Gallery we are opening the call for entries for the second edition of the Open Screens format. We are looking for audiovisual works of authorship that will become part of the curatorial selection in the gallery space.

What can you expect?
– exhibition in the Shortcut Gallery (Zábrdovická 2)
– opening as one of the highlights of the Saturday festival program (6. 6. 2026)
– a curatorial text on your work
– networking and accompanying program focused on connecting the art community

Who are we looking for?
Artists working in the field of digital media. The prerequisite is personal participation in the program in Brno and a format suitable for projection (16:9, loop). Do you have specific technical requirements? Never mind! Sign up and we'll figure it out together.
