The two Slovak artists work in different media – the first is a digital artist and photographer, the second a sculptor, but both of them touch on similar themes in their work. Important to them is nature (of which humans are a part), its relationality, the hybrid combination of materials, entities and worlds and the processes of their never-ending transformations. In their work they demonstrate a deep sensitivity to the hidden or forgotten and develop imaginative and fictional stories that help us to relive our grounding on this planet.
