The common denominator for the exhibitions by Josef Dabernig and Filip Cenek is photographs of empty playgrounds and stadiums. In most cases Dabernig takes the centre ground and shoots „panoramas“ made up of six parts. His methodical process, upon more detailed observation, strikes a contrast to the deviations and seams. Abandonment of set rules underscores the experience of emptiness, which is the theme of his photo series. In his further slide projections, Filip Cenek once again permeates image and text. Their mutual positioning changes in each version of the short sequences, drawing the viewer into a iridescent poetic space of narrative fiction.
