Art Week Liberec is a contemporary art festival. Since 2020, it has also been part of the nationwide platform of art weeks and is one of the major events showcasing contemporary art in northern Bohemia. Through short-term interventions and exhibitions of contemporary Czech and international art, it addresses current societal issues and sparks discussion around them.

The goal is to contribute, through socially engaged exhibition activities and closely related accompanying cultural events, to increasing the appeal of the visual arts for the broader public, strengthen and foster civic engagement and interest in social issues and the future of the region.
