We invite you to a guided tour of the exhibition “... and no other!” Auditorium of the Slovak Scene, which was created as a reflection on the current situation of the Slovak cultural and artistic scene, which in recent years has faced increasing political pressure and interference with its independence. The curators Júlia Bútorová and Marika Svobodová will guide you through the exhibition.

The exhibition is the result of Czech-Slovak cooperation and dialogue, built on our proximity, shared experiences, and historical continuity. The halls of the House of Art are temporarily transformed into an auditorium of the Slovak art scene, where the works and experiences of several generations—from respected figures to artists just beginning their journeys—come together. Some of the works were created directly as part of the institution’s residency program, while others extend into the public space.
