CURATORS: ZUZANA ŠTEFKOVÁ, KLÁRA ŽALUDOVÁ Project "Dependent Observers" stems from the idea that observation cannot ever possibly be independent. It shows forms of engaged interest and poses dependency as a necessary condition of the relationship between the observer and the observed. Individual works test the ways of participation on the observed and emphasise the active position of the observer. This can be motivated by personal engagement or reflect the idea that the observation itself changes the observed action.
