The Faculty of Fine Arts at Brno University of Technology has once again organized a series of summer schools this year, which offer not only an opportunity to spend part of the summer creatively, but also a chance to explore various artistic techniques, develop creative skills, and meet interesting figures from the art world.

The sixteen courses offered by the faculty in the summer of 2026 cover a wide spectrum of artistic fields—from painting, drawing, sculpture, and photography to animation, performance, game design, sustainable design, and various graphic techniques. The summer schools will take place from June through August, primarily in the faculty’s studios but also in public spaces throughout the city of Brno. The courses will be led by FaVU faculty, students, and alumni.

FaVU Summer Schools are open to the general public —including beginners interested in art, advanced participants looking to further develop their skills, and those interested in pursuing future studies at art schools. For them, these programs can be an ideal opportunity to get to know the FaVU environment while also using them as part of their preparation for entrance exams.
