The title and inspiration of Jan Nálevka’s solo exhibition is a simple punctuation sign, "-". A dash creates a moment of suspense in a sentence, an almost imperceptible silence and waiting, which is represented by the artist in a drawing he made over two years. Dealing with extreme contrasts, Jan Nálevka here extends the idea of emptiness to a monument of counter-productivity.
