Controversial history of Mašin brothers still deeply divides the society. Author in his provocative work focuses on the marginal side of the whole story. In his piece Process 1955 Karel Konopka shows the example of the application of the principle of collective guilt and the frightfulness of the regime in 50`s when 16 people connected to Mašin brothers were convicted and 3 were executed.
