CO.LABS cultural centre launches an open call for exhibition projects for our gallery and other exhibition spaces.

The open call is for artists or art collectives working within the field of visual and fine arts. We support interdisciplinary work, social engagement, and progressive approaches that reflect current political or social topics.

The open call is for artists and collectives working with traditional media (e.g. drawing, painting, graphics, ceramics, stone, porcelain, concrete, glass, metal), visual media and contemporary forms (photography, video art, digital art, screening/projection, graphic design, illustration, animation, street art, performance) and their interconnection. CO.LABS cultural centre is currently focusing on topics connected to the locality of Brno.

We welcome projects that:
– support care for community and relationships
– focus on local art and creation
– explore the needs of the locality of Brno
– strengthen local infrastructure and cooperation
– support the sustainability of the locality of Brno

While focusing on the locality of Brno, we emphasize cooperation, tradition, collectivity, inclusivity, openness and care.
