Can a mere line or geometric shape capture the human figure? Can a letter become the subject of a painting? And how can we imitate the texture of stone or water algae?

The Summer Art Camp is dedicated to the exhibition Paintings, Words, Irises, presenting the work of Věra Nováková and Pavel Brázda – an exceptional artistic duo whose creations are marked by striking similarities as well as contrasts. We will focus on key thematic areas of their work that intertwine and overlap: heads, figures and portraits; book illustrations and a playful approach to words and letters; as well as botanically inspired vegetation. We will explore the original and magical dimensions of human creativity and delve into the fine details of natural motifs.

The Artcamp takes place from 8 AM to 4 PM.

For children aged 7 to 13.
